The Ukrainian Association Каrate-do to "SKI-Ukrai-ne" is based in 1996 and is the official represen-tative of the International Federation Shotokan Каrate-do in Ukraine.
The international Federation Shotokan Каrate-do / S.K.І.F. is created in 1977 by the owner 10 Dan given to Xirokazy Каnazawa, by the schoolboy and successor of the large foremen каrate-do to Gi-chin Fynakochy and Масатоchy Nakaymi and on today unites 96 federations of the various countries of the world.
By the basic directions of activity of the Ukrai-nian Association:
- Development Shotokan каrate-do to in complete volume;
- Expansion of a circle engaged каrate-do;
- Participation of modular commands in a world Championship and Europe;
- Realization of the international, national, regional and local competitions;
- Attraction to activity of Association of diffe-rent structures with the purpose of cooperation.
The Association is still very young, but in her active already there are successes: as in prepara-tion of the sportsmen of the international level -champions and prize-winners of world Champion-ships and Europe, and successes in propagation and development каrатe-do, that the certificate - right on realization in Ukraine Кубка of the world on Shotokan каrатe-do Open Іnternatіonal Ka-nazawa Cup.
We invite to take part in activity of Associati-on, which overall objective attraction of youth and youth to employment by physical culture and sports, that is a major component of complete de-velopment of the person, by a component of gene-ral culture of a nation and creates proof motiva-tion and need to healthy and productive style of life and self-perfection.
